Taboo....wearing white to a wedding???

So we've all heard you "can't wear white to a wedding!!!!"
Or that it's taboo and you'll upstage the bride.

We'll we're changing this.
We're actually inviting our guests to celebrate with us and join the bride and wedding party in wearing white that day...if you want.

It was my beautiful bride-to-be's idea.  At first it started with picking our wedding colour.  We didn't really want a theme-y wedding and both love white because if its simplicity, so we chose that to be our colour.  Plus, Stacey wanted her girls all to look like mini-brides.  So all the girls, all my guys, our parents, along with us, will be in all-white attire that day.  We know this will look stunning in photos, but thought, why not extend this to our guests?  So if you love white and want to wear it that day too, feel free.  We encourage and invite you to.  No one will shun you.  I think we'll all know who the bride is that day.  Not too concerned about there being confusion because she's not the only one wearing white.  But of course, avoid wearing a bridal gown! LOL!  And this isn't a dress code or mandatory.  Just a suggestion.  Don't feel bad if you don't have, like, or want to wear white.  All good!

And just as an FYI, we thought about this all-white wedding attire way before this royal wedding.  But nice to see word travels and they decided to copy us...lol!
