Back from Europe and the news spread like wildfire. Facebook statuses were changed, people were calling to congratulate, askin a million questions. I think we told "the story" about a thousand times! And all we wanted to do was sleep. That jetlag hits you! Everyone wants to visit, us to visit them, see the ring, hear the story, etc, etc. We were gonna wear too thin, so we decided to throw an engagement party where we could have everyone in one place and celebrate together. We thought, something small, intimate, a bite to eat. But of course, it turned into a full sit down dinner. Cookin, prepping, setting tables, place settings, flowers. Who knew we had it in us. But we got tons of help from our families who really came together. It was amazing to celebrate with all those we love, eat with them, laugh, dance, cry. It was really good. Of course, with all the hustle and bustle, we ended up with very few pics. But here are some that ended up not so blurry.
